Do you have ample parking?
Yes! Both of our facilities have spacious parking lots that provide free parking for both you and your guests.
Is there an onsite ceremony/reception coordinator?
You can rest assured that we provide an abundance of trained staff to give you and your guests the superior quality service that you deserve. Your event will have an event manager that oversees your event to make sure that everything goes as planned. Our superior staff, which includes wait staff, restroom attendants, bartenders and kitchen staff will also be there to make sure that your event is MORE THAN IMAGINED.
Do you have special pricing for children?
Yes we do. We want you to be able to share your special day with as many people as possible. Once your minimum number of adult guests have been met, the cost of a child’s dinner is ½ the price of your contracted per person guest price.
Can I make payments on my event throughout the year?
Absolutely. You can make as many payments as you like and they will be credited to your balance.
Do you charge for tastings?
Our bridal packages include an invitation to our bridal tasting dinner for 4. Unfortunately, we do not offer individual tastings.
Can I provide my own cake?
Yes, you may use an outside baker for your cake, or you may choose to purchase the cake through The Pinnacle.
Is there a cake-cutting fee?
For weddings, cake cutting is complimentary, and our staff will be happy to cut your cake at no additional charge. For any other type of event, we do have a minimal cake-cutting fee.
Can I provide my own liquor?
Our liquor license does NOT allow our clients to bring in their own liquor. State law requires that all liquor be provided through The Pinnacle or Central Park West.
Can I make changes after I have booked my event?
Yes, changes can be made to your menu, staffing needs and rentals up until 3 weeks prior to your event.
Do you have references?
Yes. Some of our client testimonials can be found on our website and we would be happy to provide you with an additional list upon request.
How many people can you accommodate?
The number of guests that we can accommodate depends on the location and needs of your event. The Pinnacle can accommodate 15 to 600. Central Park West can accommodate 50 to 300 guests. If you are inquiring about T’s Catering, please contact one of our event specialists.
How do I make an Appointment?
One of our event specialists will be more than happy to show you around our beautiful facilities. You can call to schedule an appointment anytime M-F 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Do you have valet parking?
We do not provide valet parking but we do allow other companies to accommodate you.
Do you have centerpieces available to use?
For weddings at Central Park West, centerpieces are included in your package. We provide a gold or silver charger plate, bubble ball or cabaret lamp and 3 votives. For any other event we would be more than happy to provide centerpieces for you; however, there is an additional charge per centerpiece.
What color are your chairs?
At The Pinnacle, we have all black chairs. At Central Park West, we have gold chivari chairs with black pads. Additional colored pads are available at an additional charge.
Is there an extra charge for specialty linens?
The Pinnacle and Central Park West must provide all linens. So, if you are interested in specialty linens we can make them available at an additional charge.
Do you cater to special dietary needs?
Yes, our culinary team can accommodate virtually any special dietary needs.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open M-F 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
After 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. M-F one of our event support personnel will be here answering the phone to help assist you with your questions.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes, both of our facilities are accommodating to those who have special needs.
Do you do showers and rehearsal dinners?
We would be more than happy to provide you with any of the above services. Please call one of our event specialists at 419-891-7325.
Is there a place for brides to get ready?
Yes, both The Pinnacle and Central Park West have a bridal suite that can be used by the bride and her bridesmaids.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do accept Visa Card, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
Do you provide Audio Visual equipment?
We can provide any audiovisual equipment or computer equipment as well as a trained technical personnel who can accommodate the requirements of your event at an additional charge.
Are there hotels located close to your facilities?
Yes, The Pinnacle and Central Park West are located within a couple miles of numerous hotel accommodations for guests that are in need of a place to stay.
Do you have a list of vendors that you recommend?
Yes, but The Pinnacle and Central Park West are not affiliated with these vendors and assume no responsibility for their services and obligations. The vendor list is offered as a convenience for our customers.
Will there be sales tax on the service charge?
Yes.
What does your staff wear?
Our professional wait staff wears black tuxedo pants and a black long sleeve button up shirt that has our logo in the upper left hand corner.
